Refund Policy

All items purchased from Cowhide Gallery’s website are applicable for a refund, granted the following conditions are met:

Timeframe

All items must be returned within 30 days from their purchase dates. Cowhide Gallery provides full refunds within a 30-day period in case you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged product. Any refund requests made after this period will not be entertained.

It takes around 8-10 business days for refund requests to be processed once accepted. Once we’ve accepted your application, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with further instructions on how to proceed. If you haven’t received shipping or packaging details after your confirmation email, please reach out to our team at the earliest.

Cowhide Gallery doesn’t take any responsibility for lost packages. Please ensure you know your tracking number and keep updated throughout the shipping process.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased through sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds. You can request an exchange. Please note that Cowhide Gallery reserves the right to reject any and all refund and exchange requests at its discretion.

Packaging

All refunded items must be in their original packaging. Your request will only be processed if the items sent back are in the same condition as when you received them. Please include relevant receipts, notes, pictures, or other supplementary details alongside your package.

Any Cowhide Gallery products that have been altered will not be accepted. This includes items that have been marked, cut, laminated, or modified in any other way. The products must be tagged and contain no evidence of them having been used or altered whatsoever.
